These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Best Tile Installers website and services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to follow these Terms.
1. Services Offered
We provide tile installation, tile repair, waterproofing, and related services.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All quotes are based on the scope of work, tile material, area size, and site conditions.
- Prices may change if project requirements differ from the information provided during the estimate.
- Any changes must be approved in writing before extra work begins.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- A confirmed date will be shared once a site visit (if needed) is completed and a written agreement is accepted.
- Delays due to weather, access issues, or third-party delays may affect the schedule.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and other methods as specified in the invoice.
5. Site Access & Responsibilities
- You must provide safe, uninterrupted access to the site.
- Electrical and water connections should be available during work hours.
- Pets, valuables, and fragile items should be removed from the work area in advance.
6. Materials & Warranty
- Tile and materials provided by us will be covered by our workmanship warranty.
- If you supply your own tile or materials, we are not responsible for defects or incompatibility.
- Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the completion date.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled job.
- Deposits may be forfeited if notice is not given or if significant prep work has already started.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for existing structural issues, plumbing/electrical faults, or subfloor damage that affect tile performance.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
9. Use of Photos
- We may use project photos for our website or portfolio, without identifying the client or address, unless otherwise requested in writing.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
